We buy with our own money. That is the single reason we can move quickly and why your completion date is not dependent on a mortgage lender, an investor vote, or a chain of buyers behind us.

Because the capital is already in place, we can exchange contracts fast and complete on a date that suits you. There is no last-minute credit committee and no one else who needs to approve the purchase.

We do not buy every property we see. We only make offers on homes that fit the fund and the areas we know. If we cannot help, we will tell you straight away and you will not waste weeks finding out.
